On this site you will find everything you want to know about learning to scuba dive with SUDS. As well as the usual pages giving committee member contact information and information about past diving trips, you'll find pages outlining the training courses you will do, the costs you will incur, the equipment you will use, the dive shops you might buy your own equipment from and the sites you are likely to dive at. There are also pages of diving links, and a selection of useful non-diving links.
The club itself normally meets at 6.30pm in the Gilbert Rooms (between Maxwell and the Art Gallery) every Tuesday evening during term time. If you would like any further information feel free to come along to a meeting. Alternatively you can contact any of the committee - email addresses are available in the site.
Please Note: As this is a university club, basic training courses begin only once a year at the start of term each October. This date is soon approaching so our membership list will be open to novice divers from freshers fair for a couple of weeks. Qualified divers, however, are always welcome.
SUDS members please sign up to the Yahoo Group - we use it as our main method of communication outside of club meetings.
